Migración Colombia is an Android application developed by SYNERJOY BPO that aims to provide citizens with easy access to the procedures and services offered by the entity. This app offers quick access to information on migratory procedures, Migration Colombia services, and booking appointments for on-site procedures. Users can also validate their foreigner's card identification (Cédula de Extranjería) status, access the registration platform for SIRE, and check the requirements for entering and leaving Colombia.
In addition to these features, Migración Colombia also provides users with information on points of attention for on-site and online procedures, hotlines to the call center, access to filing PQRS, and filling out the single form (FUT).
